I am looking for a laid back individual to rent my spare room in a semi-detached 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. You'll have your own bathroom with a shower over bath. There is a spacious lounge and kitchen with a separate utility. It's in a quiet area and the garden backs onto Exeter golf course. House is furnished, you would just need a wardrobe, however there is a storage cupboard already in the room where shelves could be put and there is ample space. Preference is for a full-time student or professional, ideally not work from home.

I have advertised as Mon-Fri but would consider full time for the right person.
