Lovely spacious double room, fully furnished

I have a large double room available/terrace house with a home garage gym and parking. I live with my 13 year old son and lovely tenant tara. Ideally this room would suit a student or professional. I'm a nurse working in the hospital which is only a 10 min drive away. Large tesco 5-10 min walk and near digby railway station so easy access to city centre and exmouth. It is also next to digby park and ride. The house has had a new extension built onto it with new kitchen and 2 living areas. The room is next to a bathroom with bath and shower which we do not use so much so solely for the tenants I am easy going and enjoy meeting new people 😊I'm an experienced live in landlord who's use to having tenants, so I understand the importance of respect and privacy and clear communication. The house has always had a warm and relaxed atmosphere and I aim to makesure tenants feel at home while still enjoying their space.
