Double room near the quay

I am looking for a lodger for my spare double room. Amenities include:
Parking, WiFi, washing machine, bills included, garden, room fully furnished if required.

I am a live in landlord and will only be selecting someone I think I will get on with - this is vitally important to me. So please consider this when applying.

Please note:

-There is room for 1 person only - No couples I’m afraid
- I will not be selecting someone that needs to work from home.
- I invite tolerate, kind and respectful people only.

My house is quiet, relaxing and in a great location near the quay in Exeter in St Leonard’s and a 10 minute walk into the high street.

I work in private mental health care and am a yoga teacher. I have interests in theatre, spirituality, yoga, meditation, board games, socialising, cinema, festivals, gaming, walking, nature.

Ability to communicate is important.

If you drink or party to excess then this isn’t the house for you.

I also have a very amazing Labrador, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.

I am open to Monday to Friday type lets, and would probably charge around £450 for this.
