Large bed/sitting room in Exeter family house

We are letting a clean, well equipped large ground floor bed sitting room in our family house. This room is cool in hot weather and lovely and warm in the winter.
It has a single bed; v large fitted wardrobe (two doubles); chest of drawers; desk; kettle; tv; large radiator; and brand new bedding. There is a private fridge available if required. Shared use of massive kitchen/diner including washing machine/dishwasher/dryer/log burner; family bathroom (has separate shower) and extensive gardens including hot tub; BBQ; patio; views across fields and several sitting areas.
We are a welcoming, busy family who are active members of a local church - Granny is retired and has her own suite of rooms; Mum - secondary teacher; Dad - works for council both in the office and at home; Son (17) studying engineering at College. We have lots of friendly pets including 3 dogs; a donkey; pony; parrot and 4 cats. Our dogs are very friendly and greet everyone with great enthusiasm - too much sometimes. It is essential to like animals if you want to live here!
We are situated close to the M5 services - 2 minutes walk to bus stop on regular route to Exeter. We are within walking distance of Newcourt train station; two pubs; country walks and a large Londis village shop/post office. There is residents parking in an adjoining layby. Evening meals can be provided by separate negotiation. Rent covers bills including council tax and wifi.
Our house is rarely immaculate and we are fairly free and easy, although we are drugs intolerant and a non-smoking household. If you want somewhere where people are interested in you without being in your face, then this could be the place for you. Would suit student or professional.
