Spare double room available in Tithebarn

Our child has gone to university and left home so we now have a spare double room available to rent out.

We live in a 3 floor semi-detached new build house in Tithebarn. We live on the top floor with our own bathroom and you would live on the middle floor, mostly by yourself. Although the bathroom isn't en-suite and sole use isn't guaranteed, you would typically be the only one using it.

We have a shy and nervous cat that won't cope with any other pets in the house, and won't give you any attention at all. Occasionally you might be asked to feed it if we are away for a few days.

The house is right outside the bus route B that runs half-hourly into Exeter city centre and hourly on Sundays. There is potential to securely store your own bike if needed.

The room is cleaned and furnished with drawers, desk, armchair, a TV (suitable for your own media streaming) and double bed.
The modern kitchen is shared and contains a washer/dryer, shared fridge and all the cooking facilities you will need. The sitting room and garden aren't shared.

A lodger would be expected to maintain the room and bathroom to a reasonable standard of cleanliness during occupation. All cleaning materials will be provided.

The price per week includes all bills so no additional council tax is payable. We have superfast Fibre To The Property (FTTP).

This is available to occupy from Nov 4th until 20th Dec when our children return.
