Single rm, quiet area. Available Jan 2025

A friendly and informal 3 bed household in a quiet suburban area of Pinhoe Exeter. I currently have one of my 2 rooms available to let.
I live mostly alone but my partner does stay a few nights a week, mainly at weekends.
The accommodation would ideally suit another female who is here on a shorter term basis, of up to 3-4 months, either for university, work or training purposes.
I'm not looking for anyone to move in permanently.

One room is a good size single with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and full height shelving unit.
The second room is larger with a single bed, built in wardrobe, desk and full height shelving unit.
There is a lovely modern well equipt generous size kitchen diner which you would have full access to. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery etc if so desired. Or extra cupboard space to store your own.
High speed broadband included.

I occasionally stay away for a few nights a week so ideally suit someone who likes their independence but who is also trustworthy and can stay in contact with me if need be. I do have 3 cats so if you're not a pet lover then it may not suit you.

I also let the rooms out on short term basis to international students studying English as well as long term lets. So happy to host for short periods if one of the rooms is available.

Within walking distance of several bus routes into the city centre (inclusive of University). Also Pinhoe train station is only a 10 min walk away which gets into the city centre in minutes.
If you are a keen cyclist, I have a secure lockup for a bicycle as there are many cycle routes from Pinhoe to various locations.
Parking is also not an issue.
Also in walking distance of three large supermarkets and local shops.
