Lovely Furnished Double Room Available August

One double room in beautiful home available from August for approx 3 months with a view to potentially extending for the right person. Please ask and we can discuss as can consider flexibility of dates.

This isn’t a house share as I own and live in the propery. We just ask that you’re respectful of our space when we’re around 😊

The house is fully furnished and there isn’t a huge amount of storage hence why it’s more suitable for somebody that doesn’t have lots of stuff to bring. Happy to have a short term let too, but would need to be a minimum of one week.

We have had a long term lodger on and off plus a few oversea students previously so happy to discuss with you, whatever your situation might be.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location; the city, quay and supermarkets are all easily accessible. The hospital is also not far. Free on street parking.

I am a live in landlord and my boyfriend also lives with me. I work for the NHS and am a psychiatric nurse by background. We are both friendly and easy to get along with and we are often busy on the weekends/away etc, so we will be in and out of the house.

My boyfriend works from home 3-4 days a week so home working sadly not an option.

We are looking for someone who is independent and respectful.

Suitable for professionals on placement or working in the area.
