Double furnished room available in beautiful home

One comfortable double room available for short term let from 5th August for approx 3 months. Happy to have a short term let too, but would need to be a minimum of one week.
Our usual lodger returns in November.

We have had oversea students previously so happy to discuss with you, whatever your situation might be.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location; the city, quay and supermarkets are all easily accessible. The hospital is also not far. Free on street parking.

I am a live in landlord and my boyfriend also lives with me. I work for the NHS and am a psychiatric nurse by background. We are both friendly and easy to get along with and we are often busy on the weekends/away etc, so we will be in and out of the house. We have a third single room which you can use for additional storage should you need to.
Our home is fully furnished including everything in the kitchen etc which you can use, so with this in mind, this would be a great place if you are from abroad and working here in the UK, or just relocating.

We have an outside decking area with tables and chairs at the rear of the house; beautiful for summer bbq’s and relaxing.
We are looking for someone who is independent and respectful for a few months whilst our usual lodger is away.

Suitable for professionals on placement or working in the area for a short period.
