Double room w/ own bathroom in central Exeter home

Hi, we're looking for a lovely new housemate to take over a double room which is becoming available at the end of June.

The room is on the first floor, is east facing and has hard wood floors, an original fireplace feature, basin, and depending on your needs can be furnished or part furnished. The bathroom next to the room is essentially an ensuite, as I have my own and the 3rd bedroom is remaining as a spare guest room for if we have someone come to stay (and is a great place to do some yoga or a workout!). You also have a choice between the two rooms as to which you would prefer.

The house is a lovely large old Victorian end terrace, full of colour, with a private garden/ patio area at the back which catches some excellent morning sun, and wonderful views out to the north east. The area is quiet and feels very safe, with residents permit parking on street, and a close by corner shop and co-op. We're conveniently situated for easy walking distance to Exeter city centre and the RD&E hospital, and a 10 minute walk to St James Park and Polsloe Bridge Stations, and Mincinglake Valley Park. All bills, including council tax and WiFi, are included as part of the rent.

You'll be sharing with only 1 other housemate (that's me, hi!) who occupies the loft room of the house, is quiet, considerate, and tidy. I work from home, am environmentally conscious, and creative, so a similar housemate would be ideal.

This is a women preferred, professional household, so I'm afraid no couples, men, or students will be considered. It's also not a party house although the occasional drinks or dinner/ takeaway and movie night together at home would be really welcome! I'd love someone who is looking for a home not just a house, and for a longer term rental.
