Double room close to city centre and university

I am looking for a female housemate to share living in this lovely house. There is a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The house has two double rooms one of which is mine. There is also a small garden which is lovely to relax in and maybe have a BBQ. All the bills are included and there is unlimited internet access. The kitchen is fully equipt and there is a washing machine for your use too. Rent will be £650 per calander month including bills.
