Large attic room with en-suite.

I’ve recently renovated my top floor attic room and en suite, and I’m looking for a lodger to join our family home. The room comes fully furnished, with bed linen if needed. It’s a very large room with plenty of space, I’ve set out a desk area, rail for clothing, a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers and comfy chair. I’m waiting for the plumber to install the shower screen etc for the en suite, but once installed this will be a lovely large bathroom, used only by the tenant. Downstairs is a shared kitchen, with all appliances and crockery supplied, including a dishwasher. There is also a dining area and a small living room area.

We are a friendly, fairly quiet family, also home to one cat. I’m looking for someone who is kind, relatively quiet who enjoys their own space as well as being part of a family home. I’d also like someone who is tidy and considerate of the shared spaces. All bills and council tax included in rent.
