Spacious double room on the top floor. Only one other room rented. Total 3.

I’m 29. Self employed carpenter. Easy going and sociable, but also enjoy my own time. Looking for a young professional or postgrad student, who’s clean and tidy, and likes to be sociable around the house.

On street parking available. All residents permits currently taken, however may become available in the future. Plenty of free parking in surroundings streets.

6 months minimum stay. 2 months notice given. 2 months notice required.

Must have previous experience of living in a house share.
