Student Room in a lovely family house

We have a large double room available in central exeter near to the university.
We are a family house with two daughters.
My daughters are aged 13-18.
We are both professionals.
We have a cat called Ginger and a new kitten called lulu!
The room is large and bright and on the top 3rd floor next to the large bathroom (only room on the floor, furnished room with bed and wardrobe!
There is a large kitchen and living room .there is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. A courtyard garden to the rear.
The rent includes all bills and internet
We are looking for a female student or young professional
The room is to rent for a year but can be extended.
We are a relaxed easy going family
We are looking for a quiet polite female!
Property is very close to the town centre and close to university
