Housemate wanted for double room in Exeter, on the outskirts of Heavitree.

House has plenty of space. Full access to kitchen, two living areas, bedroom, bathroom, garden and can make space in a large shed if you’d like that too.
Plenty of on street parking on a quiet crescent directly out the front of the house and quiet friendly neighbours.
Can get onto the main roads really quickly from the property, and the walk into the middle of Exeter isn’t too long either.

I’m very outdoorsy, so more than happy to make sure you have space for bikes, surfboards, or anything else.
