Hi, beautiful spacious room in a mid-terraced house in residential area of Exeter.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy lodger who prefers a quiet household and is looking for a base Mon-Fri.

As I sometimes work from home, due to confidentiality , I am looking for a lodger who works away from the house.

Lovely recently refurbished double room with shared use of large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and gorgeous sunny garden (rest of the house is for my private use).

Room is furnished with wardrobe, storage, desk and chair.

5 mins walk from the RDE, sports centre, supermarket and bus stop.

Well lit, on road parking. Residents parking is £30/ year.

Non-smoking and no overnight guests.
