Double room with own bathroom

Double room and own bathroom in a three story townhouse (bedroom on middle floor) with street parking. I am a woman currently living on my own but want to find a clean and friendly housemate who might occasionally want want to sit and have a drink with. There is direct Trainline into town which is about a 5 min walk away and bus route just at the top of the road.
