Luxury Living in central Exeter

We have a large, ultra modern, high spec house in St Leonard’s and, now all of our children have left home, we find we have some spare bedrooms!

We can offer a large, very pleasant ensuite double bedroom.
We have a separate media room which can be made available for your own private use.
Our drive fits several cars so you can have a place to park off road. The entire house is underfloor heated so it’s nice and warm in the winter and we have a beautiful south facing garden with very high end furniture if you’d like to spend time outside in the Summer.

I have a downstairs study and largely WFH, my husband spends some time WFH and some time on the road. We are now semi-retired and spend much of our time in Cornwall. We are aiming to do a lot of travelling.

We are looking for a mature student or professional who is quiet, responsible and ideally fond of dogs as we have a very small, very cute black dog. In fact, if you are able and happy to dog sit while we are away on holiday, we could even reduce the rent!
