We are looking forward to having somebody new join our lovely home. We like to think of it as a home rather than a houseshare as we love spending time together.

Half of the house members are veggie/vegan and enjoy having a meat free kitchen so ideally we are looking for someone who is also comfortable with this.

The room:

Double room available on the second floor. Facing the back of the property. The room comes furnished.

The house:

A large house with a full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, two shared bathrooms, a shared living room and a lovely little garden. The house has recently been repainted and has new carpets.

Location:

Based in Heavitree, close to Polsloe train station. Lots of very good charity shops nearby, nice pubs, in close proximity to a number of beautiful green parks and only a 20 minute walk into the town centre. We are also really close to two electric bike stations which are easy to rent for getting around. We also have a bus stop right outside the front door which gets you direct into town (about 5 minutes).

Parking:

On street parking. Parking permit required. Also a street 10 minute walk away that does not require permits.

Current housemates:

Four housemates (excluding the available room), all working professionals, Vegan ,Vegetarian sociable and LGBTQ+ friendly.
You would be living with Kayla and Rebecca who both work in Mental Health, Faye who works as a paramedic and Hannah who works in a school.

The rent is £460, all bills included.
Looking for a working professional who doesn’t smoke, is sociable and wants to make a house a home!
