Large master double bedroom with ensuite available for rent from mid August 2025. House share with the property owner.

Shared areas include lounge/diner furnished with two sofas, 65-inch flat screen smart TV, floor lamp, dining table and chairs; kitchen furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker and a selection of cutlery and crockery as well as ample cupboard space; hallway with coat stand and shoe rack; garage with heat pump tumble dryer. Whilst the property doesn't have its own garden, there is access to open outdoor space within the estate's common parts.

The property is also equipped with Philips WiZ smart LED lighting in almost all areas, which is app-controlled and access to this will be set up.

Pets wise, cats and most caged animals would be considered for the right housemate, but unfortunately no dogs or rabbits. Someone who is able to maintain a good level of cleanliness and tidiness would be viewed favourably as I'm quite houseproud. I carry out routine cleaning to shared / communal areas fortnightly for the benefit of both occupants.

As this is a Halal household, a Muslim housemate is preferred but not a strict requirement as long as the person is the right fit.
