The property is also equipped with Philips WiZ smart LED lighting in almost all areas and Hive smart thermostat for heating control; both are app-controlled and access to these will be set up.
Pets wise, cats and most caged animals would be considered for the right housemate, but unfortunately no dogs or rabbits.
