The house is centrally heated with constant hot water. The shared lounge is 23x12 ft. has a smart TV, comfortable sofas and dinning table and 4 chairs. In the kitchen there's:- a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, large fridge and freezer, the washer and dryer are in the outside shed. shower over bath additional separate WC downstairs. There is an enclosed court yard garden with table and chairs and a BBQ. On the front of the property is a secure bike shed for 3 bikes.

Current house mates work in health promotion and fitness. The household have a positive outlook & are easy going, clean & tidy. Ages from 26 - 40.

Located close to Heavitree shops and a ten minute walk to the RD&E, good access to the Met office, regular bus service into town, or a 20 minute walk. 15 minute walk to St Luke's. Approx 2 miles to J29 of the M5.

Two rooms are currently available. The house share would suit a non smoking working professional. We are looking for a balanced mix of males and females in the house when all 4 rooms are occupied. Individuals have there own lives but enjoy the occasional night out together, sharing a meal...
