The flat is a three minute walk from the popular shops and amenities of Magdalen Road, while the city centre and RD&E hospital are a 10-minute walk away in opposite directions. St Luke’s is a minute’s walk away, as is a bus stop on the UNI route, and this leads on to Waitrose at the other side of the campus. Heavitree’s shops, post office, and petrol station are also just a 15 minute walk away.
The room is at the back of the property, has the morning light and is available partially furnished. The option to buy some more furniture from the current tenant is also available.
In the communal living room there is a couch, coffee table, TV and book shelves for shared use. A separate utility cupboard in the hallway contains a vacuum cleaner and clothes airers etc. and there is also a separate toilet next to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary appliances, washing machine, utensils, cutlery and crockery, and has its own table and chairs.
There is a driveway alongside the house which leads to a private garden at the back and access to our secure garage which is used for storage.
As for who you'll be sharing with, we are two professionals working for the NHS. One of us works shifts and the other one works 9-5. We have a lot of hobbies including hiking, baking and going to gigs. We’d consider ourselves quiet, friendly, clean and tidy and we are looking for a similar-minded flatmate.
