Large double room in 2 bed house

My excellent housemate has just left us, so we are on the hunt for someone new.

The room is the larger, master bedroom, with a double bed and built in wardrobe and cupboard.

It faces west, so is shaded in the morning and gets a lovely sunset in the evening.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room, with log burner for the winter and sliding doors to a covered area outside for the summer.

Off this is a decent sized utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as plenty of storage space.

Rent includes bills. There's plenty of off street parking, and two busses into town go right past the house. On a bike, you can get to most places in town in about 15 minutes, and driving out of town is less than 5 minutes.

I live here full time, along with our small cat. My parter works week on / week off in Bristol, where she rents a small room. So one week you'd be living with just me, one week with both of us.

We're both fairly active and outdoorsy, being (almost obsessively) into climbing, riding bikes of all kinds, surfing (more me), running, swimming (more my partner), eating good food and enjoying life. Equally, it's definitely a chilled, tidy, quiet home rather than a party house.

We're not necessarily looking for a new best friend, but certainly want a housemate rather than just a lodger, and someone that will add a positive influence to our lives.
