The second room is currently let. I'm looking for a professional or post grad who is clean, tidy and will look after my home.

The house is a stone's throw from the Met office (5 min walk), Exeter Science Park (under 30 minute walk or 6 min drive), a 5 minute drive to the M5/A30 and a 10-15 minute drive to Exeter City Centre with great bus routes too. Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl are all a short walk (15 mins walk/4 min drive), with Tesco around the corner (5 min drive). It is a quiet end-terraced, 3 bedroom house, in a popular estate, and would suit a friendly and good-natured person!

There are private gardens in the front and back. There are dedicated parking bays (tandem), directly outside the front door.
