Perfect for anyone that lives and works in Exeter - very convenient for RD&E (5/10 min walk) and 30 minute walk to the town centre.

The room is no frills but functional with a comfy bed and desk space should you need to make use of this. The rest of the flat is well fitted out, clean and modern with some more quirky decorative elements added by me.

Shared space

The flat has a shared bathroom with plenty of space to store your toiletries as well as hooks on the back of the door for towels and any bathrobes. The kitchen is very well equipped and you are more than welcome to use any utensils, pots and pans that you need. There are plenty of spices, oils and condiments which are available for use - I just ask if you use the last of something then you replace it. There’s a designated cupboard in the kitchen for your dried food and the top two shelves in the fridge are kept clear for guests to use. For any frozen items there’s a free draw in the freezer.

Getting around

Unfortunately there is no parking at the property but there are plenty of buses and one every 20 minutes from outside the front door which goes straight to the town centre. There are more bus routes a 3 minute walk away at the stop outside Lidl towards Rifford Road.
