My boyfriend and I are looking for a like minded housemate to rent our large spare room in Heavitree. The property has been renovated throughout over the past few years so the room is modern and decorated in a bright and neutral colour scheme.
The room is a large double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2x bedside tables. There is a large window overlooking the front.
The property is a fully renovated semi detached in a lovely residential area. There is an extended kitchen/diner, living room, utility room with washer and dryer, bathroom with shower and bath and a large garden. We have fantastic neighbours and are just a short walk from both Heavitree high street, Heavitree park and Ludwell Valley Park. Parking is available on road though you would need to obtain a permit through the council to park during the day on weekdays.
We are a couple aged 26 and 32. I work as an estate agent and Josh is an electrical engineer. We live here together with our 3 year old sausage dog Rupert and 2 cats Boris and Doris. We are looking for a professional person of a similar age keen to socialise occasionally, though equally there is plenty of room for us to have our own space after a long day at work. It’s important to us for a housemate to be an animal lover too as Rupert and the cats love extra company.
Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, water, electric, council tax and broadband). We would love the opportunity to meet a potential tenant informally first so please do send me a message!
