Single bedroom,  female ONLY

I am a live in landlord.
It is a single bedroom and share one bathroom and kitchen with the others.
The minimum stay will be 2
month and up to 12 months (can be extended as require)
There is a tenancy agreement to sign for. If you are willing to stay with us, we can talk about more details and make some changes or arrangement according to your needs.
Sometimes the bill varies if you use massive electricity or water.
In general , The rent includes the cost of bills and council tax.
Please noted that there are one male and three young children in the house.
Female student and full time working professional preferred.

* It is a small kitchen , It is not recommended to cook massive meals , light meals only .
