Single bedroom short stay FEMALE preferred

I am a live in landlord.
It is a single bedroom and share one bathroom and kitchen with the others.
The minimum stay will be 2
month and up to 11 months.
There is a tenancy agreement to sign for. If you are willing to stay with us, we can talk about more details and make some changes or arrangement according to your needs.
Sometimes the bill varies if you use massive electricity or water.
In general , * The rent includes the cost of bills or council tax.
Please noted that there are one male and three young children in the house.
Female student and professionals preferred.
