A double room in a newly renovated, 2 bed house, 5 min walk from Exeter Quay.

The room is £625 pcm (including bills). The deposit is £625 and will be put into a deposit protection scheme.

The available room is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, over looking the garden. It comes furnished, but I’m open to adapting it to your needs, if you don’t need furniture, or need a desk instead. You’re also welcome to hang pictures etc. (Updated photos with new carpet coming soon). The bathroom is shared.

The house is 2 mins from the nearest bus stop, 5 mins from St Thomas train station & has on street parking (permitted). There are a few local food shops, including Aldi, Co-op & M&S, and is a 5 min walk from the Quay (Topsham Brewery & Boatyard bakery!) and is great for a walk, run or activities on the canal.

You would be sharing the house with me, I moved in over the summer, after moving back from London. I’m a civil servant, and enjoy all of the usual things.. walks with a coffee, running/cycling, socialising and curling up on the sofa with a good film.

I have lived in several house shares before and am easygoing & clean, and have made good friends with previous housemates. I’m looking for someone who’s sociable and tidy. Friends and partners are welcome to come and stay. I also own a Cat called Cami 🐱
