Large double room to rent in beautifully refurbished, light and spacious 2-bed flat. Tall ceilings, spotlights and bay window, built in wardrobe. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Bed with mattress (bedding not included) and chest of drawers with matching bedside tables. I also now have a desk and office chair for the odd day working from home if needed. Furniture can be moved out, photos of room dressed to show how lovely it is but you can add your own touch and rearrange it how you like.

You will have your own use of bathroom with bath and shower. (I have my own en-suite) Shared living space - kitchen, dining and sitting room. The decor has changed a little, will update pics asap but more seating for entertaining friends/family 😊

Deposit 1 months’ rent. Female professional wanted - sorry no couples. If you have a partner I am happy for overnight stays, free use of living area for a dinner etc within reason. I am happy to have a chat about this if you’re interested in the room.

A lodger must be ok with dogs as I look after friends/family pets regularly and am currently looking to adopt a dog of my own. I would also consider a lodger with a very well-behaved dog, however would need the dog to visit the property to see what they are like as I they must be ok with other dogs and not chew, need to be fully house-trained etc.

No smoking in the property, I have no issues if you smoke just not inside or in the property doorway.

Property location is 5-10 minute walk to St David’s station, very close to the river. 20 minute walk into town centre. Free on road parking near the property. Super fast broadband. Council tax band B. All bills included in monthly rent.

I’m 36 and looking to share my home with someone like minded who is tidy and respectful. I’m a very relaxed person. I love being outdoors and love dogs and the beach and also chilling out on the sofa on a Sunday. I love having friends over when diaries align and cook a mean brunch for the girls on a Sunday 🙌🏻😊
