Located in St Thomas, near Pinces Gardens and Cowick Barton park, we are well connected for central Exeter - 20 minutes walk to the high street or a short ride on the bus. On street parking available and bike storage in the garden.

We are a family of four - our daughters are 26 (moving out soon) and 18, polite and easy to get along with. The house is large so it doesn’t feel crowded and there are two living rooms and a dining room so people have their own space when they want it. We are a professional couple - a lawyer and a former chemical engineer (now a therapist).

We do have pets so you must be pet friendly - 2x dogs and 2x cats. All very friendly and keen on cuddles. We also have three chickens in the garden!
