You’ll be sharing with myself and my 2 rescue dogs. I’m a psychology student (and vegan - fellow vegans very welcome!) and another house mate who works at the university as a psychology researcher. 1 male 1 female, both in our mid 20s.
The room is on the first floor with the shared kitchen/living area and utility room. The small utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, printer and an extra toilet. The other two rooms are on the second floor.

It's conveniently located close to RD&E, Exeter University, the city centre and has good public transport links.

Unfortunately there's no garden but it's close to Belmont park and Heavitree park so there are nice outdoor spaces around. There is also permit on road parking but not parking at the house.
