Double en-suite room

Looking for a new house mate to join a 3 bed property. You’ll be sharing with a male and female, both very lovely and working - one is also studying psychology.

If you’d like to meet them I’m sure they’d be happy to arrange it, just let me know when we organise a viewing :)

It is a small double but comes with a nice en-suite toilet and shower. It does have a mattress - just not shown in photo.
The shared areas include a kitchen/living area and a small utility room, which has a washing machine, printer, and an extra toilet.

The flat is in a really convenient location - close to the RD&E, Exeter University, the city centre, and well-connected by public transport. There’s no garden, but Belmont Park and Heavitree Park are both nearby, so there are nice outdoor spaces around.

The last photo is of my café, which the flat sits above.
