Double en-suite rooms (x2)

I have two rooms becoming available in my flat soon as one of my current housemates is moving to start a PhD, and the other was only here short-term.

Availability:
Lower-floor room is the larger one and available from 12th January.
Smaller top-floor room will be available from 21st December.

The video is of the smaller upstairs room and the photos are of the bigger downstairs one (is hard to photo as someones living in it currently).

You’ll be sharing with one other housemate, myself, and my two rescue dogs. I’m a 26-year-old forensic psychology student, and I also work as a support worker and at my café below the flat. Because I’m fairly busy, I really like to come home to somewhere clean, and quiet, to relax without lots of visitors.

My dogs are both lovely, but one is quite nervy and the other moults a lot, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs!

I’m also vegan, so fellow vegans are very welcome, but absolutely no judgement if you’re not.

We share a kitchen/living area and a small utility room, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, printer, and an extra toilet.

The flat is in a really convenient location - close to the RD&E, Exeter University, the city centre, and well-connected by public transport. There’s no garden, but Belmont Park and Heavitree Park are both nearby, so there are nice outdoor spaces around. Parking is on-road with a permit, as there’s no private parking at the property.

The last photo is of my café, which the flat sits above. Students and professionals are both welcome.
