Fully furnished double bedroom to rent, in a 3 bedroom property to share with the landlord and another tenant. The room has:
-Double bed (Ottoman storage bed + hotel quality mattress)
-2 bedside tables
- Wardrobe
- folding desk
- office chair
- LG 32" smart TV (this is connected to the internet but not wired to a satellite receiver)

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are the shared common areas.
The house is non-smoking, so no smoking is allowed inside the house or in the garden. This includes visitors.
You may use the log-burning stove if you agree to provide your own kiln-dry wood.

Bills included: internet (BT full fibre 500), Netflix, water, electricity, gas and council tax.

The house has a garage for safe storage of bicycles, There is a tumble dryer in the garage to dry the laundry.

The house is close to Morrison, Aldi, LIDL and Sainsbury, It is also close to a bus stop for line F1. It is 13 minutes cycling to the city centre, 15 minutes cycling to the university and 12 minutes cycling to the Met Office

I will clean the communal areas every other week, however, you will need to tidy them after using them.

The house is a quiet place, I would like it to remain like that, especially, when people have gone to bed, so I would prefer that you listen to the TV or music with your headphones after people have gone to bed.

Looking for a PGR student or professional worker. Looking for a responsible, respectful, friendly and tidy person, who is used to sharing communal spaces with others.

There is street parking and no permit is required. However, the street tends to be busy, especially in the evenings. There is a drive way which I tend to use when I am at home that is mainly Friday to Sunday and if I have a resting day during the week. However, when I am not during the week days you could use it.

I am a 42-year-old professional. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I consider myself friendly, respectful and easy to live with. I like cooking, going to the gym, running and gardening.
On weekends, I tend to watch a movie, so you are welcome to join, however, I tend to listen to the TV at low volume, you can use the headphones that I have in the living room if you prefer it louder.
I work in Plymouth so I tend to spend Monday to Friday there.
