- 15 mins walk to Streatham Campus
- 10 mins walk to St Luke's Campus
- Co-op below the accomodation building
- Waitrose, M&S, Tesco's, Sainsbury's are all within 10 mins walk
- Less than 5 mins walk to the High Street
- Within 2 mins walk there is Dominos, KFC, Taco Bell, Chinese, Thai, Pizza hut and Desert shops.

The contract takeover is flexible but preferably from April. The contract ends at the end of August.
