The bed is under the eaves in this quirky room layout. So under the roof space. Requires mobility. The standing room is only half the room. This is reflected in the low rent. It’s hot in Summer! Just so you know.
The room is in a shared family home with the landlady a daughter and one other male tenant. And a dog that barks! Female professional preferred. Close to city centre and amenities.

Situated close to Marsh Barton and within walking distance to next boots etc. town is a 20 min walk.
Bus stops are 100 yards for going into town and just outside for returns.
St thomas train station is a 7 min walk.
