Exeter Annex

Available to stay as our Annex located next to our house in Exeter.

Including all bills (£150 max electric per month). The annex has its own WiFi router.

Things to note:

There is currently no washing machine. There is a laundrette around the corner. We can look at adding one if needed.

I will not be able to get back to everyone who applies.

Please describe your situation with a good amount of detail please. As the garden is shared with I want to make sure the fit is right for both of us.

The garden is shared with our cockapoo dog she likes to bark at new people but is harmless. We will not consider any pets due to this.
