The available room is a decent size double on the first floor next to one of the shower rooms.

Every room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and good storage space. All of the rooms have plenty of study space.

The house is located on Portland Street, which is around the corner from Belmont Park, near the Odeon.
It has a spacious, well equiped communal kitchen/diner and living room (great for socialising) and two shower rooms. Also a conservatory/utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

It is convenient for getting to both Streatham Campus and St Lukes or the Medical School, and just a few minutes walk from the Odeon cinema, Vue cinema, Sidwell Street, the main bus station and numerous bars, takeaways and Princesshay.

Rent depends on the size of the room. Gas, electric, water and broadband are included in the rent.

There is an on street residents parking scheme in operation. The residents of this house can purchase 2 parking permits and additional daily visitor permits.

The landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association and lives locally.
