Bright and quiet room available Monday to Friday (open to fewer days per week for reduced rate).
Near Met Office and Hospital. Five mins from main road in heavitree with bus links into town. Co-op and cafes on high street five minutes away. Would suit someone needing part time accommodation for work.

Bedroom furnished with 4ft divan bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, mirrors, desk with chair and clothes rail. Window looks to back of property over garden and double glazed windows have black out curtains.

I’m a live in landlord. There is a shared living and dining room, plus kitchen with breakfast bar and modern bathroom with shower and separate bath. Living room has tv, and broadband and Netflix are included.

The house is clean and well presented. I enjoy living with other people. I’m out a fair bit but it’s nice to have a friendly home.

I don’t have a car but if you need a parking space it would be on road parking and I can look at getting a permit from the council.
