Room available in a student house

I’m moving in April for work so I’m hoping for someone to take over my 3rd term tenancy 12th April - 4th August. It is £150 a week including bills and wifi for a 16 week duration. I pay termly so my landlord is wanting the rent as a termly payment. It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The bedroom available is a large room on the 3rd floor. No deposit needed. The housemates are all final year/placement students
