Room in 2 bed shared apartment

My mate is moving out and heading up north and so im on the hunt for a new housemate.

Flat is as it is in the pictures. Upstairs flat of a converted terraced house. Room is a double room. The bathroom is effectively a private en-suite.
There is space in the loft for storage and bicycle storage available outside in the yard

I work from home as an engineer in the lounge 3 days pw. There is space for 2 people to work from home there.
Looking for a friendly clean housemate who may like to do stuff( watch sport, get out)/ go for drinks together occasionally
