Central, sunny single room in a 2-bed homely flat

I'm looking for a new lodger to come join me in my home from 7th May as sadly my housemate is off to the big smoke. This sunny flat is perfectly situated in Central Exeter just off Fore Street, which is full of lovely independent shops and great cafes. The Quay is a 10min walk and town also about 10mins. Although really central the flat is in a super quiet area and looks out across the hills beyond town so it get beautiful sunsets and a smidge of rural life!

The whole flat is fully furnished including the room. It has a single bed in it but could change for a double bed. It has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a shelf. There is also some other storage space available in the flat. The room gets lots of light as faces South. There's a spacious shared bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room. There's a washing machine and dishwasher.

There's BT wifi.

There's a balcony to sit and soak up the sun and nearby there's an 'informal' garden area which technically belongs to the Council but I use some space to grow veg. They don't seem to mind. You'd be very welcome to too!

I'm a post-grad student in healthcare and also work in the hospital. I am easy going and friendly and I enjoy living with other people, having a natter, sharing food, mooching to the pub, moors etc. I’m also very happy chilling out in my own company and I enjoy that balance in a shared house. I’m an outdoorsy being and so love to go walking and running on the moors and get into the sea when at all possible.

I have a very friendly whippet, Llani! She's a super chill, short-haired sofa lounger.
