Double bedroom located fifteen minutes away from the University of Exeter Streatham campus and a five minute walk from the town centre. One downstairs small toilet and one larger upstairs bathroom. Bedroom located on the ground floor and contains a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a small bedside table. Kitchen contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, television and large freezer/fridge, with a small garden. Parking is available for two cars per house with a parking permit for this road and nearby roads.
Both flatmates are students at the university and are looking for a clean and quiet individual.
Available immediately, if not the contract will begin from September 1st until the 31st July.
