Self-contained studio to let for students

I am a first year Law student in the Unversity of Exeter and I have a contract for a studio for next year with Exeter One. Some things have changed since and I am looking for someone who may be interested to live in the studio instead. The contract is for a classic studio for a length of 51 weeks at £206 per week. The contract length can, however, be flexible to 44 weeks instead. The move in date is 7 September 2024. Since Exeter One is a private accommodation, all bills including wifi (100 Mbps) are included in the price provided. The studio has an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen area. The acommodation also has a double bed and measures at 16 m². The location is a short walk away from the main campus of the University of Exeter. The studio will be ideal for postgraduate students, international students or other undergraduates like me going into second and third year and looking for a place with a bit more privacy.
