Room to Rent in centre of Exeter.

So we (Conor, 28M and Nishth 29M) are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in our house share to replace our departing housemate Bhaskar who is moving out on the 15th January. Our interests mostly involve around sports and hanging out with friends (so obviously comfortable with having yours round) and pretty open to anyone who is friendly and fairly easy-going to live with.
