There is currently one other existing female tenant who works nights so new flatmate must be respectful of this. £425 per month plus share of bills (approx £150pm- council tax band b). There is 1 private parking space for the flat and free on road parking. Walking distance to Morrisons, and train station to Exmouth just down the road. Don’t mind smokers but will have to smoke outside please.
