Large sunny double room overlooking park, in friendly shared mixed house, all bills included £120pw Regents Park, Exeter

We are a friendly shared house of working professionals (currently2 guys & 3 girls) in our 20's and are looking for a sociable, non-smoking considerate housemate to join us.
The spacious room overlooks the park, has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed.

The house is in Regents Park. It includes a modern kitchen, two modern shower rooms, gas central heating, washing machine, , etc.
A garage for Bikes.
The house is within walking distance to Exeter City and Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and St Lukes. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, take-aways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
The rent is £120pw and inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas and Electricity.
