Double room available in house with 1 female

Double room available in 3 bed house in tithebarn (one of the new developments)
Part furnished (will come with mattress). Access to shared living room, dining area, dishwasher, tumble dryer, garden and broadband.
There will be an allocated parking space right outside the property. The bathroom will mainly be used by you due to me having an ensuite.

You'll be sharing with myself a quiet female, and my 2 small female dogs, 1 is a nervous rescue so for that reason you'll need to be a dog lover/have an understanding towards dogs :)

My ideal housemate would be clean, tidy and respectful, over the age of 25, male or female. I don't mind if you WFH, out 9-5 or do shift work though would prefer not to have someone coming in and out during the night.
I have a spare small room so for single parents there maybe the possibility of having your kids stay (would require further discussion). I don't mind if you're a smoker but would prefer this to be done outside.
Well behaved/friendly dogs welcome.
It would be great to have someone live here who sees this more then just a place to lay their head and more of a home.

Move in date ideally after 4th June but room to possibly bring this forward.

Stay 2-7 months though potential to extend.
