Double room for lodger in central Exeter

I’m looking for a female lodger to move into my spare double room. Available from now. A double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookcase is provided. There is storage space under the bed and space for a desk or dressing table. Additional storage cupboard available on the landing. Central heating and double glazing.
The flat is very central to town and the university (15 minute walk to the campus). There is an on street parking permit available. A new Wren kitchen was fitted two years ago with induction hob and self cleaning oven. Good sized lounge and bathroom. All bills included (inc. Netflix, Apple, Disney, Paramount) except gas and electric which we will split 50/50 each month. The council tax is band A but that’s included in the rent.
