Our HMO license permits 5 people to live in the house so we regret we cannot accept couples, unless you take 2 rooms.
Due to allergies, we regret we cannot accept pets.
We offer a 6 m AST that will go into periodic if we are all happy with each other - we strive to offer a homely home that's quiet and stable, and our housemates often stay for some years. We cannot accept short term lets.
Because we are looking for people who like and feel at home in the house we require that all applicants visit in person to view and meet us. We live about 20 miles away.
References are checked via the confidential NRLA scheme.
We are looking for working professionals and or mature students / postgrad students - this mix has always worked well in the house we have found.
Whilst comfortably modernised, this is not a New Build with "Clean Lines Throughout" - we've worked to preserve and enhance the period features.
