The room is light filled, at the rear and is approximately 3.4m x 3m, with built in shelves in the chimney recess and character features., a wardrobe, double bed with a memory foam mattress, and bedside table.

There is a bus stop close by, easy access to Polslo station, RD&E, St Luke's Campus and City Centre, and also a bit further, to Streatham Campus.

We have a secure place to lock bikes in the rear courtyard garden and to cover with a tarp.

There is fitted carpet, double glazing and gas central heating throughout, a large, light filled, open plan communal lounge, dining and kitchen area, with 2 sets of French doors leading onto the rear courtyard garden.

There's a washing machine in the fitted kitchen, and as an added benefit, we have a weekly cleaner who attends to the communal areas, whilst all bills, including Broadband, are included - C-Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity. The EPC is C rated.

We are a Licenced HMO and NRLA Accredited Landlords who live about 23 miles away..

There are several steps leading up to the house.

We offer a 6 m AST that will go into periodic if we are all happy with each other - we strive to offer a homely home that's a quiet and calm place to come home to, and our housemates often stay for some years. We cannot accept short term lets.

We are looking for working professionals and or mature students / postgrad students - we've found that this mix has always worked well in the house .

We're looking for people who like and feel at home in the house, who we hope will fit in well with the other housemates and we do require that all applicants visit in person to view and meet us..
