This studio room in Renslade House, Exeter, is perfect for University students looking for accommodation during the summer term. I will be vacating the room on June 7th, and it will be available from that date until the end of the contract on August 31st. Further details can be discussed as needed.

All costs of bills and council tax are included in the rent, so no extra fee is needed to be paid.

The room is a "standard studio room" located on floor 1. It is fully furnished, including a desk, drawer compartments, a wardrobe, a kitchen, a bathroom, a three-quarter-sized bed, a radiator, and a small dining table.
