One single room and one double room available to rent in Cowley on the edge of Exeter. Both rooms freshly decorated and the property is in good order.

Maximum stay 6 months but shorter term stays considered. 1st months rent up front as the deposit and 4 weeks notice upon leaving required. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and sitting room, broadband, TV license etc (council tax band A,, all bills included). On road parking next to the property plus convenient bus stops nearby with a frequent service into the city centre. 20 minutes walk to Exeter university and 25 minutes walk to Exeter st David’s station.

We do have cats, so that’s something to bear in mind if you suffer from allergies.
