A spacious double bed in a shared house with 3 other professional people (literally 2 people as myself as landlord am only randomly there as I'm on research leave). All bills included including wifi. The house is located in a quiet area near the big Morrisons shop on Prince Charles Road. Very cllose to city centre and the uni and the bus routes.
Housemates are educated and professional, very friendly and considerate, nonsmokers. They are females in their 20s and 30s, and myself as live-in landlord.
The house is very clean and well kept with all the amenities, parking space, furnished room, dining room and kitchen utensils all available.
