Unique arrangement for main bedroom in 2 bedroom flat, for your exclusive use most of the week, but you need to be happy for land lady (and occasionally landlord) to stay 2 or 3 night, mid-week.

Well presented, recently refurbished flat in St. Leonards, Exeter, right by St. Lukes campus and Magdelen Road cafes and restaurants.

We are over 50's professional couple, both working for NHS.

All bills are included; however, this assumes sensible usage of gas/electricity. Unusually high bills may incur additional costs.

We expect cleanliness and tidiness and in return you will have a flat that is kept to the highest standards.
